At this time once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.
After the order has shipped, we advise you to refuse the package from the mail carrier when it arrives. If you were unable to refuse the package at the time of delivery contact us for return assistance.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the return shipment. Once that package comes back to us (in a sealed and unopened box), we can then issue a refund.
