The precision laser sensor used in your HSP002 purifier is sensitive and constantly reads real-time data. Occasionally, it can get disrupted when dust clogs the inside, resulting in a high PM index reading such as in your case.
You can clean the sensor to fix this reading. To do so:
- Open the sensor door using a small screwdriver.
- Disconnect the sensor by removing the cord.
- Use canned air to clean out the sensor from the front towards the back.
- Reconnect the sensor and close the door.
