Yes, you can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your account, go to filter club, and click on cancel.
If you are having trouble logging in this could mean that the account has not been fully activated.
To activate your account:
- Select the bars located on the right-hand side of the website.
- In the pop up click on "Login."
- Enter your email address. You will be sent an email to verify your identity. You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook credentials.
- Locate the email titled "Customer account activation"
- Click on "Activate account"
- Create a password and choose "Activate Account."
- You will be redirected to re-enter your email address and newly created password.
- You are now all logged in and can pause or cancel your deliveries under Account > Filter Club.
