How does the filter club work?
The filter club gives subscribers the convenience of:

When and how often will I receive my filters?
Our filter subscription plan ships new filters to your door every 4 months.
You will have the option to have your first filter delivered immediately or in 4 months. If you’d like your filter delivered at a different time, you may choose the 4-month delivery option and then contact us to change your first delivery date.
Can I skip my Filter Club shipment?
Yes, you can skip a shipment! All you need to do is log into your account, locate the filters you want to skip and select skip.

I cannot seem to access my account to see my filter club. What do I do?
Even if the order has been placed, this does not mean you have activated the account. You will need to have this activated so that you can review your orders and make changes to your Filter Club.

Can I schedule my first filter delivery sooner?
If you would like your filters sooner, contact us with your filter order number and we can change your first delivery date.
When will I be charged for my Filter Club?
Your credit card will be charged the moment your filters are shipped. If you choose to have your filters shipped immediately, your card will be charged immediately and if you choose to have your filters delivered in the future, your card won't be charged until then.
How can I cancel my Filter Club subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Log into your account and follow these steps:
- Log into your account
- Click on "Filter Club"
- Choose "Change"
- Select "Cancel Filter Club"
- If you want to reactivate this subscription follow these same steps and click on "Reactivate"
