Canceling an Order

If the order has not shipped, please go to Account > Order History > View Details to see if you are eligible to cancel the order on your own. If that is no longer an option, please contact us so we can cancel the order. 

 

If the order has already shipped, we advise you to refuse the package from the mail carrier when it arrives. If you were unable to refuse the package at the time of delivery, reach out to us so we can provide the steps for the return process. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipment. Once that package comes back to us (in a sealed and unopened box), we can then issue a refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express) as well as ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & Amazon Pay.

When will my credit card be charged?

Credit cards will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Do I need to pay tax on my order?

Sales tax is collected in select states as required by law. You can see the exact sales tax on your order after entering your address information on the checkout page.

Do you offer sales tax exemption?

Yes, we do! Prior to placing an order, eligible governmental, non-profit, charitable, and other organizations exempt from tax will need to email a copy of applicable federal and/or state exemption certificates. To start this process, you can reach out to team@hathaspace.com.

I forgot to add a promo code. What should I do?

No worries! We're happy to help you with your order. To get started, please have your order number handy, and contact our customer service team by emailing team@hathaspace.com. As a friendly heads-up, we're only able to apply one promotion per order.

Can I use financing?

Currently, we offer Shop Pay installments. Upon check out, please use Shop Pay as the payment method and there will be an option to pay in full or over 4 installments.

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

How soon will my order ship?

Most orders ship the next business day, in rare occasions it may take up to 2-3 business days for orders to ship.

What shipping carriers do you use?

For all orders within the United States, we use UPS, USPS, and Amazon.

How can I track my order?

Once your product ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I change my shipping address?

We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been placed or shipped. Contact  team@hathaspace.com to assist in rerouting your order. You can also change your shipment address on our website by going to Account > Addresses/Billing.

Do you ship abroad?

Currently, we sell our products to the 48 contiguous United States.

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged or is missing contents, please contact us at  team@hathaspace.com including photos of the damage and photos of the labels on the box as soon as possible so we may file a claim and replace your items.

How long will it take once it’s shipped out?

We offer standard free shipping for all Hathaspace products with a shipping time of 3-5 business days.

Additional Shipping Information:

  • There is no international shipping on products. 
  • Items have a lead time of 1-3 business days and standard shipping of 5-7 business days. 
  • For all orders within the United States, the carriers used are UPS, USPS, and Amazon.
  • Once the order ships, you will receive an email with the shipping details including a tracking number. 

NOTE: Once the order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address.

Which air purifier is best for classrooms?

This depends on the room size of the classroom but typically, we recommend our HSP002 air purifier which can cover room sizes up to 1500 square feet or HSP003 which can cover up to 2800 square feet. Some classrooms are smaller, and their air quality needs can be met with our HSP001 air purifier, which can cover rooms up to 700 square feet.
