Do you offer exchanges?
At this time we do not offer exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and qualify for warranty coverage (see our Warranty page for full terms and conditions).

How can I return my order?
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for all products purchased directly from us. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. This guarantee is non-transferable.
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For more information please refer to our Return Policy.
If the order was placed through Amazon please complete the return through your Amazon Account. You can learn more about returning an order through Amazon here.
How can I return a gift order?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
How do I register for the warranty?

There's no need to register for the warranty as it is already activated right after the unit has been tagged delivered or received by our customer. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.
If you do experience an issue with your order upon arrival please contact us as soon as possible.
What is your warranty policy?
Hathaspace® products come with a limited warranty for the periods indicated below, measured from the date purchased.
Heze LLC (“Hathaspace”) warrants all new Hathaspace® products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Have an issue? If your product is covered by this warranty, Hathaspace will gladly repair your product or replace it, as appropriate and at Hathaspace’s discretion, free of charge.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and qualify for warranty coverage (see our Warranty page for full terms and conditions).
Please contact us and provide your order number, as well as pictures or videos of the damage/defects.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts?
If your shipment arrives damaged, defective, or missing contents, please submit a request including photos of the damage and photos of the labels on the box as soon as possible so we may file a claim and replace your items.
