How do I change my billing address?

Login to your account from the hathaspace.com website. Then click on ADDRESSES/BILLING and select EDIT BILLING ADDRESS. Enter your updated details in the webform and click SUBMIT. Please note that this does not update your shipping addresses.

How do I change my billing address for filter club subscription?

Login to your account from the hathaspace.com website. Then click on FILTER CLUB then CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS and select ADD NEW ADDRESS. Enter your updated details in the webform and click SUBMIT.

How do I cancel my filter club subscription?

Login to your account from the hathaspace.com website. Then click on FILTER CLUB and select CANCEL FILTER CLUB. Enter your updated details in the webform and click SUBMIT.

How do I make modifications to an order I just placed?

Login to your account from the hathaspace.com website. Then click on ORDER HISTORY and then select ORDER DETAILS. If the order has not processed yet, you will be able to make changes. If it has processed, please reach out to team@hathaspace.com  so we can further assist you.

How do I change my credit card information?

Login to your account from the hathaspace.com website. Then click on ADDRESSES/BILLING and select EDIT CREDIT CARD. Enter your updated details in the webform and click SUBMIT. Note: to remove an old credit card, a new card has to be added first.

The filter club is our filter subscription program that gives subscribers the convenience of:

Subscription facts:

  • The filter club ships new filters out to the customer every 4 months. Purifiers come with filters inside the unit when they are delivered. Please remember to remove the plastic.
  • You will be charged when the filter ships. If you choose to have filters shipped immediately, your card will be charged immediately and if you choose to have filters delivered in 4 months, your card won't be charged until then.
  • You can view or make changes to your subscription through your Filter Club account. You will be able to log in to your account on our website under Account > Filter Club
  • If you created an account and having trouble accessing it, or the website does not recognize the account, please first check your email inbox, including junk and spam folders, for the message that has the activation link. If you have found the link and still cannot access your account, try resetting the password. Once your account has been activated, you will be able to log in to your account on our website under Account > Filter Club
  • We'll send 3 emails before your filter is sent:
    • Notification that the order is upcoming (sent 2-3 days before the order is processed)
    • Order confirmation on the date of the order processing
    • Shipment confirmation (with tracking information)
