How do I create or login to my account?

Signing up for an Hathaspace account makes ordering your favorite purifiers and filters! All of your shipping and payment information is saved in your account for your convenience. 

To sign up: 

1. Select the bars located on the right-hand side of the website. 
2. In the pop up click on "Login." 
3. Enter your email address. You will be sent an email to verify your identity. You can also sign up using your Google or Facebook credentials. 
4. Locate the email titled "Customer account activation" 
5. Click on "Activate account"
6. Create a password and choose "Activate Account." 
7. You will be redirected to re-enter your email address and newly created password.
8. You are now all logged in! 

How can I reset the password on my account?

To reset the password on your account: 

1. Select the bars located on the right-hand side of the website. 
2. In the pop up click on "Login." 
3. Enter the email address associated with your account. 
4. On the next screen click on "Forgot? Reset" 
5. Enter your email address. You will be sent an email with directions on how to reset your password. 
6. In the email click on "Create your Password." 
7. Enter and confirm your new password. 
8. Select select "Create Password." 
9. You can now sign in with your email address and newly created password.
